It has two levels of adjustment of the support bar height (762 mm for women and 914 mm for men). For the stability of the barriers, rubber pads are installed on the supports. The running obstacle consists of support posts, bases and a beam (bar).
The support post is a collapsible structure made of a metal pipe with a diameter of 70 mm and a wall thickness of 4 mm, in its composition the post has an outer cup with a flange made of a steel sheet with a thickness of 6 mm for fixing to the support bases through fastening with M10 screws. In the upper part, the post has a telescopic rod made of a steel pipe with a diameter of 50 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm, which is raised by pushing the spring lock towards itself. To prevent dust and dirt from getting into the extension mechanism, the rod mechanism is covered with a rubber dust cover. The rod has a flange made of a steel sheet with a thickness of 6 mm for connection to the beam.
The support base is made of a 120x60 mm steel pipe with a wall thickness of 3 mm. The base has threaded holes for connection to the support posts. The open ends of the base are closed with plastic plugs. Rubber pads with a thickness of 4 mm are fixed to the bottom. For additional fixation of the barriers on the site, there are holes for anchor bolts in the base.
The obstacle beam-bar is made of glued coniferous timber 130x135 and 3960 mm long. Support plates made of 6 mm thick metal sheet are fixed to the bottom of the bar using M10 screws. The plates have threaded holes for connection to the support posts. The surface of the bar is covered with acrylic enamel with sports markings. The metal elements of the product are covered with powder enamel.
