Delivery within the Republic of Belarus is carried out by the company’s own transport, self-pickup or transport company. Delivery is accompanied by a full set of documents required by the Customer.
Delivery throughout Russia and the CIS
We cooperate with reliable and proven logistics companies that deliver throughout the CIS. The price and delivery time are calculated and formed after agreeing on the volumes, nomenclature and place of delivery of the goods required by the Customer.
Delivery is accompanied by a full set of documents required by the Customer:
- Agreement
- Specification for the contract
- Packing list
- Invoice (UPD)
- CMR
- Packing list
- Passport products
When placing an order, please indicate your real telephone number and delivery address in your personal account, otherwise we will not be able to reach you and your order will be cancelled.
Depending on the dimensions and weight of the ordered goods, as well as your address specified in your personal account, you will be offered available delivery methods.
The time and cost of courier delivery are automatically calculated by the system depending on the address, weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the courier company that delivers to your region.
When importing goods from the Republic of Belarus, buyers should remember the need to pay VAT and fill out an Application “on the import of goods and payment of indirect taxes.”
IMPORTANT! Conditions for unloading goods and installation, if necessary, are negotiated separately when placing an order.
Delivery of sporting goods in Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as shipment of orders to transport companies, is carried out on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00. For more accurate information regarding the date and time of delivery of your order, please contact our managers.
Pickup
Pickup of products is carried out from the production warehouse from 8:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Thursday and on Friday from 8:30 to 16:30, Saturday and Sunday are closed.
Legal entities must provide the original power of attorney from the paying company to receive the goods and their own passport.
