Description
- The supporting structure is made of profile 60x60 mm, wall thickness 2 mm.
- The design has radial bends, which significantly increases its strength.
- The frame is painted using powder coating.
- A weight block consisting of steel plates coated with PVC is used as a weighting material, which makes the work on the simulator silent.
- The load block is driven by a polyamide belt 20 mm wide, 2.6 mm thick, with a tensile strength of 390 N/mm2, with a maximum load of 1500 kg.
- The force is transmitted through just 2 roller blocks, which simplifies the design and increases the reliability of the mechanism.
- The load is adjusted by rearranging the adjusting pin (clamp) attached to the elastic cord.
- The flute and guides are fully plated with nickel and chrome.
- The molded weight block protection completely hides the moving parts of the weight block, making training as safe as possible.
- The load block protection is made of ABS plastic and is available in blue.
- To make the exercise easier, there is a rubberized “easy start” lever handle.
- The knee pads are adjustable according to the athlete’s height and have 4 fixed positions.
- The supports are made of five-layer plywood 18 mm thick and polyurethane foam.
- Ball bearings installed on all rotation units ensure reliable and comfortable use of the simulator.
- To prevent slipping, the product is equipped with PVC bearings.
