• The load block is driven by a polyamide belt 20 mm wide, 2.6 mm thick, with a tensile strength of 390 N/mm2, with a maximum load of 1500 kg.
• The force is transmitted through just 2 roller blocks, which simplifies the design and increases the reliability of the mechanism.
• The load is adjusted by rearranging the adjusting pin (clamp) attached to the elastic cord.
• The flute and guides are fully plated with nickel and chrome.
• The load block protection is made of impact-resistant polystyrene.
• The steps are made of five-layer plywood 18 mm thick and polyurethane foam.
• Ball bearings installed on all rotation units ensure reliable and comfortable use of the simulator.
• The bolt-on seat is made from 5-ply 18mm plywood. Polyurethane foam and artificial leather are used as filling and upholstery.

• The starting position angle is adjusted using a lever with a spring lock. Has 11 fixed positions in 15 degree increments.
