• The supporting structure is made of profile 60x60 mm, wall thickness 2 mm.
• The frame is painted using powder coating.
• The exercise machine is equipped with an organizer of 6 sleeves for storing discs. Sleeve diameter 50 mm.
• The rod storage supports have 8 positions.
• Removable barbell traps (2 pcs.) are adjusted to the athlete’s height and have 14 fixed positions. The trap installation step is 120 mm.
• The distance between the supports for storing the bar is 1240 mm.
• Minimum trap installation height – 400 mm
• Bar storage supports, disc sleeves and bar traps are all finished with a complex nickel and chrome plated finish.
• To prevent slipping, the product is equipped with PVC bearings.

Exercises:

1. Squats with a barbell.

2. Bench press.

3. Standing chest press.

4. Barbell curls.

5. Hold the barbell or dumbbells in your lowered arms for a while.

6. Deadlift.
