• The supporting structure is made of profile 60x60 mm, wall thickness 2 mm.
• The design has radial bends, which significantly increases its strength.
• The frame is painted using powder coating.
• A weight block consisting of steel plates coated with PVC is used as a weighting material, which makes the work on the simulator silent.
• The load block is driven by a polyamide belt 20 mm wide, 2.6 mm thick, with a tensile strength of 390 N/mm2 and a maximum load of 1500 kg.
• The force is transmitted through just 2 roller blocks, which simplifies the design and increases the reliability of the mechanism.
• The load is adjusted by rearranging the adjusting pin (clamp) attached to the elastic cord.
• The flute, guides and knurled knobs are fully plated with nickel and chrome.
• The molded weight block protection completely hides the moving parts of the weight block, making training as safe as possible.
• The load block protection is made of ABS plastic and is available in blue.
• The bolt-on seat and palm rest are made from 5-ply 18mm plywood. Polyurethane foam and artificial leather are used as filling and upholstery.
• For convenient use, the seat is adjustable to suit the athlete’s height and has 4 fixed positions.
• Ball bearings installed on all rotation units ensure reliable and comfortable use of the simulator.
• To prevent slipping, the product is equipped with PVC bearings.
