The optimal solution for limited gym space
- The supporting structure is made of profile 60x60 mm, wall thickness 2 mm
- The frame is painted using powder coating
- A weight block consisting of steel plates coated with PVC is used as a weighting material, which makes the work on the simulator silent.
- The load block is driven by a polyamide belt 20 mm wide, 2.6 mm thick, with a tensile strength of 390 N/mm2, with a maximum load of 1500 kg
- Power transmission is carried out through 1-2 roller blocks, which simplifies the design and increases the reliability of the mechanism
- The machine is equipped with handles for traction
- The load is adjusted by rearranging the adjusting pin (clamp) attached to the elastic cord
- The flute, guides and handles of the horizontal bar are coated with a complex galvanic coating of nickel and chrome
- The load block protection is made of impact-resistant polystyrene
- Ball bearings installed on all rotation units ensure long-term and comfortable use of the simulator.
- All seats are bolt-on and made from 18mm thick five-ply plywood. Polyurethane foam and artificial leather are used as filler and upholstery.
- In the “vertical traction” section, polyurethane foam rollers for fixing the legs are adjusted according to the athlete’s height and have 5 fixed positions.
- The rollers are made of polyurethane foam
- When performing the Horizontal Row exercise, steps are used that are made of five-layer plywood and polyurethane foam.
- The “horizontal pull” section has a platform with rubber pads for storing the handle
- To eliminate slipping, the product is equipped with PVC thrust bearings
