The Double Set 81 sports flooring system is one of the systems with a maximum total thickness of 81 mm. Its base consists of a frame with a double base of fir tree beams and rubber pads. This type of flooring is especially suitable for surfaces after renovation or dismantling of old parquet floors. Depending on the quality of the wood, Premium (Highest grade) or Standard (1st and 2nd grade) options are available.
The base of the system, consisting of 2 levels of spruce beams each 22 mm thick, is equipped with elastic parts made of durable rubber that guarantee durability and excellent characteristics of elasticity, deformation and rebound, 15 mm thick.

Total thickness of the sports parquet is 81 mm.
The boards (slabs/panels) are pre-finished and varnished on each side to prevent dimensional changes and guarantee the stability of the floor. The panels are coated with 6 layers of polyurethane UV varnish, providing a top dry coating film with a thickness of at least 45 microns and a surface roughness of 0.5 microns.
