The Double Set 68 sports flooring system belongs to the family of flooring consisting of a double warping substructure made of fir beams. The sports parquet measures a total of 68 mm and is suitable in cases where a superior height is required than the traditional flooring.
The base of the system, consisting of 2 levels of fir beams, each 19 mm thick, is equipped with elastic parts made of durable rubber, which guarantee durability and excellent characteristics of elasticity, deformation and rebound, 16 mm thick.
Substructure thickness: 54 mm
The playing surface, made of particularly durable oak, 14 mm thick, guarantees installation even in environments with variable humidity conditions, with an aesthetic result of high value and without defects.
Total thickness of the sports parquet is 68 mm.
The boards (slabs/panels) are pre-finished and varnished on each side to prevent dimensional changes and guarantee the stability of the floor. The panels are coated with 6 layers of polyurethane UV varnish, providing a top dry coating film with a thickness of at least 45 microns and a surface roughness of 0.5 microns.
