The Compact 45 system is the result of the union between the traditional Compact 6 and the Playwood Rubber in solid wood (evaporated Hevea or Canadian Maple): the outcomes of the sports parquet is of absolute excellence. Depending on the quality of the wood, Compact 45 Premium (Highest grade) or Standard (1st and 2nd grade) options are available.
It consists of a substructure with 15 mm phenolic Playwood beams and a 10 mm elastic mattress underneath.
Substructure thickness: 25 mm
The actual sports flooring is formed by a solid 22 mm Hevea Rubber Wood, or Canadian Maple.
Total thickness of the sports parquet is 47 mm.
The boards (slabs/panels) are pre-finished and varnished on each side to prevent dimensional changes and guarantee the stability of the floor. The panels are coated with 6 layers of polyurethane UV varnish, providing a top dry coating film with a thickness of at least 45 microns and a surface roughness of 0.5 microns.
