Description
Training on it serves to isolatedly work out the upper pectoral muscles, while increasing their volume and structuring their relief.
The exercise differs from the technique of a classic bench press on a horizontal surface; it more intensively and precisely engages the chest muscles, almost excluding the triceps from the work.
Fixed body position and movement path minimize the risk of injury and sprains, as with a regular bench press at an angle.
