How to practice

- Sitting straight in the seat, without straining or arching your back, without letting go of your head
- Place your feet on the pedals, keeping your feet parallel to the floor
- Perform rotational movements with your legs, simulating a “forward” movement (pedal in the direction “away from you”).
- The time for performing the exercise is selected individually, depending on the physical condition of the trainee
